MAKING TRAVEL PLANS

Hi Rick,
I received the prints Wednesday. They are very very nice and I will be showing them off this Sunday at our Daytona Mustang Club cruise.    I am keeping one print for myself and forwarding the other two to the car owner. I know he will be pleased. Thanks so much for your work on this.

Dear Rick,
A thousand thanks for the wonderful prints. The Shelby print came in perfect condition and the 2 additional prints were such a wonderful surprise. My husband and I are speechless and thankful to you for sharing them with us. We'll get them framed as we already have with the other signed prints. My husband grew up in the '50's-'60's and the first book he ever really received as a gift was from his parents and it was the Cobra Story about Carroll Shelby's life and cars. We'll treasure your prints and again thank you for your kindness.
Sincerely, Alexis Ballrick

WORK & PLAY
Rick did an awesome 24” by 12” acrylic painting of my racing and street Cobras which I had built by Carroll Shelby/Shelby American, Inc. The painting was done as a
gift from a friend from photographs I had provided Rick and were completed within a couple of months. The artwork is sharp, detailed and true to life. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to have a portrait of their car on
the wall of their den or office. His work is licensed by Carroll Shelby and work is now represented in many venues across the country.

Dear Mr. Herron,
When I got back from college late last week, I was excited to find the package you’d sent to me. I greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness. The car prints are outstanding. I especially like the red Cobra in the painting, “An Italian Bad Dream.” I plan to frame them and put them in my college dorm room when I get back to William and Mary.
Thank you once again for thinking of me and for brightening up a stark dorm room.
With appreciation and warm wishes,
Anthony

FlY ME TO THE MOON (black)
hi rick,
i am just back from california and am very excited about the print signed by you, the artist, and carroll shelby and especially the good timing it came to my friend chuck francis of dream machines, I could put it right into my suitcase and brought it this morning 12 hours after my return to europe to a framing place to conserve it, I saw it is a very low number of the total series and like this very much. believe me, this art work is in excellent hands now.
thank you so very much
if i owe you anything please tell me.
thank you again.

DOWNHILL RACER
As a car buff you have probably searched for that ultimate dream car. When you find that machine you can't get enough pictures. That's when I checked out the net and found Classicautorenderings.com. Right at the beginning I had a feeling Rick Herron was a straight shooter who had a passion for cars. I sent Rick a few pictures of my 1968 black Shelby GT 350 and the fun began.

Rick offered me suggestions and asked for feedback and we proceeded back and forth helping each other and making changes as we went. Rick was great. He posted everything on the web site as he did it and I along with anyone else interested could follow the progress.

As time went on and I loved what I saw, I communicated almost weekly and found out that Rick was licensed to do artwork for Carrol Shelby. It was then decided that my artwork would be sent to Carroll Shelby Licensing for final approval and maybe even a signature. To top this all off I ended up with a 16 x 20 picture of my "baby" with Carroll Shelby's signature in one corner and Rick Herron's in the other. This is one sweet masterpiece that I will cherish forever. Thanks Rick! It was a great experience with a fantastic result.

MONGOOSE

G'day Rick,
Thanks Rick this is a great job and it has been a pleasure working with you on this project. When we get the car built maybe we can get you to do a painting of it. So how do I make payment to you?
